Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager

About the role

Roche Philippines is looking for a Communications & Corporate Affairs Partner to lead stakeholder engagement, policy influence, and advocacy initiatives. You will shape the company’s narrative, align communication strategies with health‑care priorities, and collaborate across functions to drive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for therapeutic areas and corporate branding, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Build and manage relationships with media, patient groups, policymakers, and academic partners to increase Roche’s share of voice.
• Lead crisis communication, safeguarding corporate reputation and mitigating risk.
• Create and maintain best‑in‑class communication policies, procedures, and templates.
• Manage omnichannel media channels, expanding reach through traditional and digital platforms.
• Drive internal communications and employee‑engagement programs to foster an inclusive, purpose‑driven culture.
• Define metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously improve tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading corporate communications, advocacy, or public affairs initiatives.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and align messaging with business priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
• Demonstrated capability to manage reputation during crisis situations.
