Commercial & Sales Specialist (Renewables)

About the role

The Commercial & Sales Specialist will help expand Vector Renewables' footprint in the Philippines by promoting and selling the company's technical and commercial asset management services, digital platform, and engineering advisory solutions. Reporting to the Commercial Director and supporting the Philippines Country Manager, the role sits within an international sales team focused on the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the origination of commercial opportunities in the Philippines to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and develop new prospects, expanding Vector Renewables' network in the market.
• Organise and conduct meetings or calls with clients and prospects.
• Maintain and update commercial interactions in the company CRM.
• Prepare commercial proposals with business line support, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Log and report on proposals monthly during commercial meetings.
• Collaborate with the international sales team to maximise geographic coverage.
• Assist the Country Manager in launching new services and organising industry events and webinars.
• Manage responses to public tenders for asset management and technical advisory services.
• Collect feedback on rejected proposals and provide pricing benchmarks to senior management.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a fast learning curve and strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player able to balance sales objectives with business‑line workloads.
• Engineering background or prior experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Existing network within the Philippines renewable energy market.
• Previous sales or business development experience is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience and proficient English (written and spoken).
