Commercial Operations Leadership Program (ASCEND)

About the role

The ASCEND program is a 12‑month, highly selective development track designed to fast‑track high‑potential commercial talent into field‑sales supervisory and commercial‑operations leadership roles. Participants rotate through field assignments, receive executive mentorship, and tackle strategic stretch projects that build both business acumen and people‑leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support territory and area commercial objectives through disciplined execution of business priorities.
• Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and propose action plans to improve sales, distribution, pricing discipline, and program execution.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external trade partners to drive outlet coverage, portfolio availability, and retail visibility.
• Lead frontline teams by coaching, providing feedback, and managing performance.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, influence stakeholders with data‑driven insights, and contribute to business reviews.
