Cloud Operations Analyst (Azure)

About the role

As a Cloud Operations Analyst you will join the team that ensures the continuous availability of Insurance Consulting and Technology’s cloud‑based products and services used worldwide. You will support, operate and maintain the Azure infrastructure that powers all SaaS offerings, working in a 24 × 7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core IT Service Management processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Monitoring, Maintenance, Service Request) individually or within a team.
• Monitor alerts related to system health, security, performance and capacity and resolve them promptly.
• Provide production and non‑production support to meet service level targets.
• Develop automation scripts to improve internal tools and processes.
• Document operational procedures, issue‑resolution guides and best practices.
• Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure engineers, developers and other support teams on project delivery.
• Support modern deployment practices such as Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in rotating shift schedules to align with business demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience supporting and managing Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of ITIL Service Management principles applied in an operational setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to handle unexpected events.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
