Cloud Engineer

About the role

The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient cloud platforms that support business and application needs. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure secure, resilient cloud resources according to design specifications.
• Support day‑to‑day cloud workload operations, monitoring availability and performance.
• Apply Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools to provision and manage resources consistently.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure updates.
• Optimize cloud resources for cost, security, and performance.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud‑related issues in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure configurations comply with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation of cloud environments and configurations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience deploying and managing workloads in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
• 2–4 years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
• Proven ability to provide operational support, troubleshoot incidents, and work with cross‑functional teams.
