Cloud and Wintel Administrator (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Cloud and Wintel Administrator for a French client that manufactures glasses and works with opticians. The role focuses on maintaining Windows Server environments and supporting multi‑cloud resources while ensuring security, stability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory, applying patches, updates and health checks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, availability and cloud workloads across Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Provision, scale and manage virtual machines on VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Configure, monitor and test backup and disaster‑recovery solutions using Veeam, ensuring data recoverability.
• Use monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios) to track system health and respond to incidents.
• Support audit and compliance activities, preparing documentation for internal and external reviews.

Required profile

• 10+ years of infrastructure experience covering servers, storage and platforms.
• 5+ years of workstation build and automation experience.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, cloud platforms and backup solutions.

What we offer

• Salary: 150,000 – 160,000 PHP per month
• Monthly transportation allowance of 4,000 PHP
