Client Success Consultant – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international education and migration company seeking a results‑driven Client Success Consultant to join our Enrolments Team. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will guide prospective students through the entire registration to visa‑ready journey, ensuring a smooth and timely conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with enrolled students to complete each application milestone.
• Send offer letters, agreements, and invoices, and chase outstanding items.
• Collect required documents, process payments, and keep clients on schedule.
• Convert registered leads into fully enrolled, fee‑paying students quickly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, insurance, BPO, or other client‑facing roles.
• Demonstrated relentless follow‑through and ability to meet targets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week during Philippine‑compatible hours.
• Self‑starter who can work independently without constant supervision.
