Client Services Manager

About the role

The Client Services Manager will be based in Taguig and will lead efforts to ensure client satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and continuously improve service delivery. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with internal teams to align solutions with client goals and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, reviews, and feedback sessions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely, quality delivery of services and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, support contract renewals and negotiations.
• Prepare and present performance reports, track client health metrics, and proactively manage risks.
• Mentor junior client service staff and promote a client‑centric culture.
• Participate in strategic planning and client engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in industries such as energy, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
