Client Account Manager

About the role

The Client Account Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth with existing Tier 3 and Tier 4 accounts. Based in Alabang, the role focuses on strengthening relationships and expanding the company’s footprint within the mining, resources and energy sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within assigned Tier 3 and Tier 4 client portfolios.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of services and meet client expectations.
• Track account performance and report on sales metrics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing client accounts, preferably in the mining, resources or energy industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
