Claims Analyst

About the role

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a diligent Claims Analyst to oversee workers compensation claims in its Manila office. The role involves end‑to‑end claim management, data reporting and analytical support to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, assess and process workers compensation claims in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Conduct investigations, gather documentation and liaise with claimants, medical providers and legal advisors.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
• Prepare regular reports on claim status, costs and trends for senior management.
• Analyze claim data to identify patterns, recommend improvements and support risk‑mitigation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
