Civil Engineering Faculty Position

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineering Faculty member to join our academic team in Baliwag, Bulacan. The successful candidate will teach, conduct research, and engage with the community, bringing both academic expertise and industry experience to the classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in civil engineering subjects such as structural design, construction management, geotechnical, water resources, and transportation engineering.
• Develop and update curriculum and teaching materials in line with current industry standards.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and research activities.
• Participate in scholarly research, publish findings, and secure research funding.
• Contribute to departmental service, professional organizations, and community outreach programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Civil Engineer status.
• Minimum three years of combined academic involvement and industry practice in relevant civil engineering fields.
• Active membership in professional engineering organizations.
• Relevant training certifications and a commitment to teaching, research, and community extension.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to and work in Baliwag, Bulacan, with an immediate start.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering software and CAD tools.
