Civil Engineer – Maintenance & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead maintenance procedures, oversee construction projects and ensure safety across our facilities. The role combines hands‑on site supervision with strategic planning, requiring strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Monitor service contractors, building repair and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Administer preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
• Calculate project costs, including labor, materials and related expenses.
• Prepare engineering documents such as construction specifications, plans and schedules.
• Verify adherence to construction specifications and safety standards through site inspections and progress monitoring.
• Participate in seminars and training sessions as needed to stay current with industry practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; professional licensure is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience leading projects and managing construction or site teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, adaptable and collaborative.
• Willingness to work in various locations and adjust hours for urgent projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑specific engineering software and technology.
