Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to lead daily supervision of construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role involves close coordination with the project engineer and on‑site teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor all project installations.
• Identify on‑site problems, develop and implement effective solutions.
• Assist the project engineer in maintaining schedule and budget compliance.
• Evaluate equipment and workforce requirements to meet design specifications.
• Ensure project completion dates are met according to plans and specifications.
• Handle construction projects with or without a licensed engineer.
• Uphold legal, safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to legal and safety compliance.
• Relevant civil engineering qualification (licensed engineer optional).
• BOSH and/or COSH accreditation is an advantage.
