Chief Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will partner directly with the President to drive operational excellence across the organization. Based in Makati City, the COO will lead a team of 6‑10 functional executives, ensuring that daily activities align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all core business functions, including finance, marketing, operations, and human resources.
• Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the President to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives.
• Manage and mentor functional executives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost‑efficiency.

• Proven experience in senior operational leadership within a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong track record of managing cross‑functional teams of 5‑15 leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
