Chief of People

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing BPO and outsourcing company in Manila to find a senior leader who will own the People function across the Philippines. The role works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive organisational development and scale the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall People and HR strategy for the Philippines operation.
• Partner closely with the CEO, senior leadership and Operations teams.
• Drive organisational design, workforce planning and performance management as the company scales.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits and HR operations to ensure competitiveness.
• Build scalable People processes while maintaining an agile environment and use workforce analytics to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Philippines employment legislation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Significant senior HR/People leadership experience, preferably in BPO, outsourcing or large‑scale service environments.
• Proven track record supporting rapid growth, organisational change and large headcount expansions.
• Strong understanding of the Philippines employment market and labour environment.
• Experience managing attrition, engagement and employee retention across sizeable operational populations.
