Chief Connection Officer (Employee Engagement Lead)

About the role

GoTeam is seeking a Chief Connection Officer to own the heartbeat of the team member experience. This high‑visibility, high‑energy role serves as the primary human connection point for every employee, from day one onward, building genuine relationships and championing culture‑building programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main connection hub for on‑site and remote team members, overseeing first‑day experiences and key moments in the employee journey.
• Monitor engagement through pulse surveys, attendance trends, and turnover data, flagging issues early.
• Coach leaders on communication, feedback, and trust‑building habits to foster a culture of connection.
• Identify, gather, and transform employee stories into shareable content using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• Lead and promote events, clubs, recognition programs, and other initiatives that reinforce GoTeam’s culture.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in employee engagement, experience, events, or community building.
• High‑energy, engaging personality that naturally lifts a room.
• Strong interpersonal skills – remembers names, follows up proactively, and checks in without prompting.
• Comfortable coaching both team members and leaders one‑on‑one.
• Instinct for storytelling and comfort appearing on camera.

Required skills

• Experience with pulse‑survey or engagement platforms (e.g., Culture Amp, Officevibe).
• Basic content‑creation tools such as Canva or CapCut.
