About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Concierge to lead guest services at Shangri‑La Boracay, a luxury resort set on a hillside nature reserve in the Philippines. The role involves creating memorable experiences for guests, handling special requests, and ensuring the highest standards of service throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• Engage with guests to craft memorable experiences and resolve any complaints promptly.
• Assist with special requests, including bespoke itineraries and exclusive arrangements.
• Oversee daily concierge operations to maintain smooth service flow.
• Lead, train, and motivate the concierge team to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and guest interaction.
• Self‑starter with strong teamwork orientation.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused.
