About the role
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a ChatGPT Developer to create AI‑driven applications and integrations using OpenAI's models. You will design conversational experiences, build custom GPTs, and embed AI features that address real business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop applications and features leveraging OpenAI's ChatGPT and API models.
- Create custom prompts, system instructions, and conversation flows.
- Integrate ChatGPT capabilities into existing products and workflows.
- Test and refine AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and consistency.
- Monitor usage, costs, and performance of AI integrations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with new OpenAI features and best practices.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience developing with the OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs.
- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of conversational AI design principles.
