Chat and Email Support Representative

About the role

The Chat and Email Support Representative will join IntouchCX’s customer service team in Cubao, providing timely assistance to clients through live chat and email channels. This on‑site position focuses on delivering accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound chat inquiries, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle customer emails, addressing questions, complaints, and service requests.
• Document interactions in the company’s CRM system and follow up as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff while adhering to service level agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain information required for customer resolutions.

• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage several conversations simultaneously.

• Basic computer literacy and comfort using web‑based communication tools.
