About the role
The Communication Officer will join the Communication Department of Grand Chambéry, a public‑sector organization serving over 500 employees. The role focuses on promoting the authority’s actions to residents and partners, especially in the mobility sector, while ensuring a consistent visual identity.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the overall communication strategy of Grand Chambéry.
- Adapt communication tools and messages, evaluate their impact, and report results.
- Lead mobility‑related communication projects in collaboration with internal services and external partners.
- Plan and execute public relations actions and events.
- Develop and maintain communication plans, ensuring the visual identity is respected across all channels.
- Create communication assets such as texts, photos, short videos, graphics, and press releases.
- Organise the distribution of communication tools and coordinate departmental activities.
Required profile
- Degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in communication or equivalent experience of at least three years.
- Ability to work in project mode and within a team.
- Curious, creative, autonomous, rigorous and responsive.
- Initiative‑taking and strong proposal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer tools and the Adobe Suite.
