Channel Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Rebisco is seeking a Channel Trade Marketing Manager to drive sales and market‑share growth across assigned retail channels. You will design and execute shopper‑centric strategies, set standards for in‑store execution, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail and shopper marketing strategies to meet sales and market‑share targets.
• Define and monitor standards for in‑store executions across all channels.
• Lead and mentor a trade‑marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage distributor and national key‑account relationships, negotiating contracts and promotions.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply‑chain and other functions on national projects.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in trade marketing, category development or sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Minimum 3 years leading trade‑marketing teams.
• Experience in field‑sales management (distributor or national key‑account).
• Willingness to be based in Ortigas.
