About the role
The Center Manager will lead daily operations of CuraKidney’s Quezon City facility, ensuring smooth service delivery and high patient satisfaction. This role monitors performance metrics, upholds safety and regulatory compliance, and works closely with clinical and administrative teams to drive efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day center activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Support compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience.
- Manage inventory, facility maintenance, and overall patient satisfaction.
Required profile
- Experience in healthcare or clinic operations management.
- Proven ability to handle regulatory licenses and permits.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, safety protocols and quality standards.
- Familiarity with nephrology or kidney‑care environments is a plus.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Required skills
- Electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Data reporting and analysis tools.
