About the role

Join ByteDance's LIVE Team as a Campaign Operation Graduate and help shape real‑time interactive experiences for millions of users. You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of live campaigns that drive creator activity, community engagement, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing live campaign and content operation strategies, monitoring performance and providing actionable insights.
• Support the creator campaign lifecycle, launching themed activities to boost creator output and content quality.
• Collaborate with live agencies and internal teams to align campaign rules and improve event execution efficiency.
• Plan and execute regional online events and creator incentive campaigns to enrich content diversity and drive revenue.
• Track regional creator and user behaviour, summarise pain points, and propose optimisation suggestions.

Required profile

• Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
