Campaign Designer

About the role

The Campaign Designer will execute marketing operations strategies and manage the technical aspects of marketing automation and CRM platforms. This role ensures that marketing technologies are optimized, integrated, and leveraged to deliver data‑driven campaigns, improve customer engagement, and boost overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously optimize marketing automation and CRM processes to support scalable marketing operations.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using reporting tools, dashboards, A/B testing, and data tracking.
• Evaluate, recommend, and deploy new marketing technologies and automation solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure seamless integration and deployment of marketing technologies to maximize performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing platforms such as Salesforce and other marketing technologies.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM management, or campaign execution.
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including CRM and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting, dashboard creation, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical, technology‑driven mindset with a passion for process improvement and customer engagement.
