CAD Operator

About the role

We are seeking a CAD Operator to produce and maintain detailed plumbing, mechanical and electrical drawings for construction projects. The role involves preparing preliminary, construction and as‑built plans, applying client mark‑ups, and creating 3‑D details while ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary, construction and as‑built drawings for plumbing, mechanical and electrical services.
• Apply client‑provided mark‑ups and specifications to all drawings.
• Develop mechanical and electrical details and layouts.
• Generate 3‑D models and details using SketchUp.
• Verify that schematics match the overall layout and technical requirements.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency and compliance across all design documents.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
