CAD Operator – Engineering & Construction

About the role

The CAD Operator will support engineering and construction projects by producing accurate technical drawings and models. This position requires a solid background in engineering, architecture, or a related field, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain CAD drawings and 3D models for construction and building projects.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and relevant codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to gather design information and resolve drawing issues.
• Maintain an organized library of drawing files and documentation.
• Perform quality checks to verify accuracy and completeness of deliverables.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a CAD Operator or in a similar drafting role.
• Technical degree in drafting or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Prior experience in construction or building projects is essential.
