About the role

Cebu Pacific and its subsidiary Cebgo are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their cabin crew team. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast‑growing airline that aims to make flying more enjoyable, accessible, and safe for all passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
• Provide excellent customer service and address passenger needs.
• Assist in cabin preparation, safety checks, and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with flight crew to maintain a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

Required profile

• Completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
• Filipino national residing in the Philippines.
• Proficient in both Filipino and English.
• Physically fit and able to meet height (5'3" female, 5'7" male) and reach (210 cm) requirements.
• Customer‑centric mindset with confidence and creativity in problem solving.
• Willingness to be based outside Manila if required.

Required skills

• A320/321/330 aircraft qualification (preferred).
