Business Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Business Transformation Project Manager will lead digital transformation initiatives within a strategic program, ensuring technology solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive successful implementation of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for transformation initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation of digital solutions, coordinating technical integrations with IT and external vendors.
• Track project budgets, monitor KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership and regional vice presidents.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, capture risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor user adoption, document project outcomes, and prepare comprehensive status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, operations, technical business analysis, or a related leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; PMP certification preferred.
