Business Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist designs, delivers, and continuously improves training programs that strengthen the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees across assigned operational units. The role also identifies performance gaps and develops practical learning solutions aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for assigned operational units, including new‑hire onboarding and ongoing skills enhancement.
• Conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions on operations, products, systems, marketing activities, policies, and related procedures.
• Develop learning courses based on market research, best practices, and frontline work practices.
• Identify performance challenges and skill gaps, then recommend and implement effective improvement solutions.
• Complete ad‑hoc training‑related tasks such as business research, translation, and other projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training or learning‑and‑development, including design and facilitation.
• Strong logical thinking, rapid learning ability, and excellent communication and writing skills.
• Conversational English proficiency and ability to work onsite, aligning training schedules with business hours.
