Business Support Assistant

About the role

The Business Support Assistant will support DSV’s transport and logistics operations by maintaining accurate vessel schedules and handling documentation for healthcare and pharma shipments. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates a chance to develop analytical and planning skills in a global logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain public and gateway schedules, retrieving data from carrier websites and updating changes promptly.
• Clear schedule group errors and resolve issues related to vessel schedule maintenance.
• Perform cleanup of duplicate schedules to ensure data integrity.
• Generate STT Master Handle and execute documentation for healthcare/pharma shipments in line with organizational guidelines, customer requirements, and GDP principles.
• Update daily huddle board and productivity files.
• Work overtime or weekends when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are accepted.
• Quick learner with strong analytical ability and high attention to detail.
• Good planning skills and focus on task execution.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance procedures.

Required skills

• Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, functions).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
