Business Resilience and Sustainability Coordinator

About the role

The Business Resilience and Sustainability Coordinator supports daily execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs. Reporting to VP‑level leaders, the role ensures documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities stay on track across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update BCM documents, trackers, and review schedules.
• Coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) data collection and follow‑ups.
• Support RTO documentation and alignment sessions.
• Organise BCM drills, exercises, and after‑action reports.
• Assist supply‑chain and distribution‑center continuity planning.
• Track BCM compliance, training schedules, and attendance.
• Coordinate ESG data gathering, reporting, and project tracking.
• Prepare materials, reports, and action trackers for Steering Committee meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in operations, compliance or project coordination, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across departments.
• Knowledge of BCM or ESG is a plus but not required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
