Business Relationship Officer - Sales (Masbate)

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer – Sales will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. This position will be based in the Masbate branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Experience or strong aptitude for working in a sales and banking environment.
• Ability to adapt, lead, and apply strategic planning concepts.
• Understanding of risk‑management controls and financial management principles.
• Knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
