Business Relationship Officer - Sales

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer – Sales supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role works closely with the Branch Manager and may be assigned to any of the listed Business Centers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive account acquisition and cross‑selling of retail banking products.
• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any business‑related program) or equivalent four‑year graduate qualification.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability, leadership mindset, and strong analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management, and risk‑management controls.
• Understanding of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with account management and bank products/services.
