Business Relationship Officer – Sales

About the role
The Business Relationship Officer – Sales will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based in Tarlac Sto. Cristo and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and manage account acquisition processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management and risk‑management controls.
- Understanding of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies and procedures.
