Business Relationship Officer – Sales

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer – Sales supports the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based in one of the designated Business Centers in the Manila area and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and execute sales call plans, daily activity logs and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate recording of action plans and essential sales information.
• Develop and implement effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, risk‑management controls and credit evaluation.
• Familiarity with banking policies, procedures and product offerings.
