Business Relationship Officer (Lipa)

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Based at the Lipa Ayala Hi‑Way branch, the role works closely with the Branch Manager to achieve retail banking sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and expanding the customer base.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Experience or knowledge of strategic planning and management.
• Understanding of risk‑management controls and financial management.
