Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. This position is based at the Las Piñas‑Pamplona branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives to meet volume goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability, leadership mindset, and strong strategic planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk management controls and financial management principles.
• Understanding of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with bank products and services.
