About the role
The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in meeting volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales performance and strengthen client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Business Relationship Manager in achieving sales goals.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans and related reports.
- Ensure accurate recording of action plans and essential sales information.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any business‑related program) or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, risk‑management controls, and credit evaluation.
Required skills
- Strategic planning and management.
- Financial and risk‑management knowledge.
- Account management.
- Credit evaluation, analysis techniques, and familiarity with banking policies and procedures.
