About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role is based in the Baguio branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Identify opportunities for account acquisition and product cross‑selling.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
- Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
- Understanding of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
Required skills
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Experience with account management and financial management concepts.
- Familiarity with risk‑management and credit analysis techniques.
