About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The position is based at the Las Piñas‑Pamplona branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Identify and acquire new customer accounts while cross‑selling existing YGC offerings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to apply learned tools in leadership situations.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management, risk‑management controls, and credit evaluation.
