About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based at the Las Piñas‑Pamplona branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and compliance with banking policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
- At least four years of academic study in a relevant program.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong adaptability, leadership mindset, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
