Business Process Improvement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that analyse, optimise and transform our business processes. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and recommend solutions to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Manage improvement projects from planning through implementation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, align processes and ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate process reviews, workshops and improvement discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Monitor process performance, identify automation opportunities and drive optimisation.
• Support organisational change initiatives and ensure effective adoption of improved processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business process improvement, process documentation, project management or industrial engineering.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives or managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in retail, operations or service industries is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient with Google Workspace applications (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
