Business Functions Controlling Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Business Functions Controlling Expert to lead internal and management reporting for our Healthcare finance activities. The role will support month‑end closing, royalty and litigation fee processes, and collaborate with FP&A, legal and alliance teams to deliver accurate forecasts and strategic updates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal and management reporting for royalties, litigation lawyer fees, and amortization intangibles.
• Support month‑end closing and accounting activities, including royalty and litigation fee processes for relevant legal entities.
• Prepare, calculate, review, and submit royalty reports and payment requests to external parties.
• Coordinate forecasting and strategic‑development calculations with FP&A, Franchise, Alliance Management, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Deliver external reporting support for royalty payment requests, audit inquiries and financial clarifications.
• Act as a consultant on royalty provisions and contracts, challenging unreasonable requests.

Required profile

• Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline; CPA, CIMA or CMA certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations, FP&A, controlling, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting or internal controls.
• Experience in a shared‑service environment or local finance organization, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with financial reporting platforms such as TM1, MGF Tool, MC4F, Analysis for Office (AFO) or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
