About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to develop strategies that expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create effective strategies for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
