Business Development Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our BD Group. This entry‑level position focuses on expanding revenue by growing relationships with existing clients and identifying new cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and maintain up‑to‑date client intelligence, analysing engagements to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead client satisfaction initiatives, gather feedback and drive improvements to boost loyalty.
• Manage client segmentation, develop engagement programmes and strengthen key‑account relationships.
• Write case studies and feature articles that showcase the firm’s impact.
• Support data cleaning, analytics, governance and client‑win workflows for engagement teams.
• Create dashboards, infographics and presentations to highlight credentials and experience.
• Coordinate BD activities with partners, managers and executive assistants, and assist with events and projects.
• Produce timely reports, presentations and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft or update process documentation, suggest policy improvements and monitor client‑growth activities.
• Provide administrative support such as business‑card printing, filing, minute‑taking and meeting coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Management, Social Studies or a related field.
• Strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing scenarios and manage time effectively.
• Consultative selling skills and solid business sense.
