Business Development Representative – Telecom Sales

About the role

BCM One is seeking a passionate Business Development Representative to join its ecommerce team in Makati. The role focuses on hunting new telecom opportunities while occasionally supporting account management, offering a blend of sales hunting and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads using established frameworks and pass them to the sales team.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build trust with prospects by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Track activities and opportunities in the CRM system and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Proven track record of hunting new business in a telecom or technology environment (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional English.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple activities efficiently.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality customer service.
