Business Development Representative – Remote

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a remote Restaurant Business Development Representative to grow its network of restaurant partners across U.S. markets. You will own outbound prospecting, partnership negotiations, and onboarding of new restaurants, directly supporting the company’s national corporate catering platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect restaurants in assigned U.S. markets.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Present Club Feast’s value proposition and qualify restaurants for platform fit.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
• Coordinate onboarding with Restaurant Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and track outreach metrics.
• Provide market insights and feedback to leadership.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Comfortable with selling, negotiating, and persistent follow‑through.
• Organized and able to manage multiple outreach activities.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or partnership roles is a plus.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) proficiency.
