Business Development Representative

About the role

CC3 Solutions is seeking a full‑time Business Development Representative to join its Taguig office. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and building a robust sales pipeline for the company’s telecom and IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business prospects through research, cold and warm calling, and email outreach.
• Present CC3 Solutions’ portfolio—including network, mobility, security, voice, internet, and fiber services—to understand client needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
• Support existing accounts, attend meetings and industry events, and contribute to revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong business development and sales skills with experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest or solid understanding of telecom and enterprise technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in telecom or IT, is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
