Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business growth through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building. This hunter‑style B2B sales role focuses on identifying potential suppliers and partners, generating qualified opportunities, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new suppliers, partners, and business opportunities.
• Conduct high‑volume cold calls, emails, and outbound outreach.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new partners.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or outbound sales.
• Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
• Experience in trading, commodities, supplier acquisition, or related B2B industries is a plus.

Required skills
