Business Development Operations Manager (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

Insulated Products Corporation (IPC) is looking for a motivated Business Development Operations Manager to support strategic growth of its thermal packaging and refrigerant product lines. This remote position is ideal for an early‑career professional who enjoys market research, product positioning and cross‑functional project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, product and competitive research to inform business decisions.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior and industry opportunities.
• Assist in developing product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Identify growth opportunities and support market expansion strategies.
• Translate product capabilities into customer‑focused business value.
• Coordinate and support project execution across marketing and commercial initiatives.
• Work cross‑functionally with leadership and internal teams on business priorities.
• Monitor competitors and industry movements, providing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, Science or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, research, project coordination, business analysis or strategic support.
• Experience supporting US‑based clients or companies is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
